"Die gute Lage kann die Vernachlässigung nicht ausgleichen"

Die Lage am Hafen, die große Terrasse, das gastronomische Angebot in der Nähe

die ungeschützte Sonneneinstrahlung in die Wohnung und auf die Terrasse. Die Tür zur Terrasse und zum Hafen konnte erst abends geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage musste 24 Stunden durchlaufen, obwohl die Temperaturen für Juni auf Sizilien noch moderat waren. Das Kochfeld war zerbrochen, die Mischbatterie der Dusche defekt, die Dusche für einen großen Normalo zu klein.
