Soundproofing could be better, you could basically hear the neighbours all the time. I would’ve hoped for black-out curtains, the current ones let in quite a bit of light. Also the bed was squaky. These were just minor things and not really an issue.

Poor sound isolation between apartments, you can hear your neighbours loud and clear. Microvawe would be nice adition
