Very bad stay. Breakfast was included but couldn't get it. There was no option to get breakfast. No restaurant, no staff to get it from outside. Only the location is good.

Not clean at all, comode was too dirty. Lock of the room was broken. No room service.

When i went to this property early in the morning around 0400 hour, the concern person on phone told property is sold out and they have no room. It was fraud, as i had already booked it one day in advance at booking dot com. So if any one booking this property for future, please be careful, confirm prior arrival and than only go there, The entrance to property is not marked and can't be located, be careful.

Response of property people, they are not bothered whether customer comes or not.

The room looked quite good for the price (₹1200 per night). It was spacious and comfortable enough for a budget stay. The bathroom was clean and maintained decently. Visually, the room gave a decent first impression considering the low cost.

The bedsheets and comforters were stained. Even after requesting replacements, the new ones were also not properly clean. The window shades were in bad shape, almost hanging by a thread. I had booked the room with breakfast included, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff didn’t mention anything about breakfast until I asked. They said they could bring it to my room, but what I received was just a parcel from a small local shop. It was handed over without even a plate or water. When I asked for a plate, I was given a disposable paper one. No bottled water was provided in the room, only a water dispenser outside in the corridor for guests to use. Room service was completely absent during my 4-day stay. Nobody came to clean the room, change sheets. No basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or toiletries not even towels were provided in the bathroom. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper breakfast arrangement made the stay quite underwhelming.
