Leventis Villas Complex with Sharing Pool

It was well equipped, comfortable and private. We had the pool area to ourselves for the three occasions we used it. Lovely pool.

The patio doors onto the balconies didn’t seem to open fully?, but this may have been for security purposes.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. the pool was great, and not too busy. We liked that all rooms were air-conditioned. There was lots of space outside the apartment. Showers were good. Lovely hammock and swinging chair in the front garden of the apartment. Lots lovely beaches and bays nearby. When snorkeling we saw lots of fish and swam with sea turtles. Amazing!

It could have been a little cleaner. There is furniture in there that is not necessary, such as a writing bureau in the living room. Some of the furniture has probably come to the end of its life and will need replacing soon.

Host arrived as soon as we called to say we were there.

The area of the villa was in a good location, the villa was big enough lovely grounds quiet place good wifi.

The pool did not seem maintained and the cleaning inside the villa could have been better.

We loved the location. The villa is close to lots of lovely beaches. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was perfect for our son and the house and garden is bigger than we expected. The property was very responsive when we had any questions. We also loved the sand toys that were available for our son to use at the beach and a washing machine came in handy during our week long stay.

We really loved the property and would definitely stay here again. If I had to be picky it would be helpful to have a one page document about the property. For example how to get the electricity working. Info on the air conditioning, for example all doors and windows need to be closed for it to work. A map for where the pool is.

The homes are bigger than they look on the photos. There are about 4 completely separate houses on a large lot and are all lovely. It includes 3 bathrooms, which is handy. The host was very helpful and easy to deal with.

We needed to give the floor a good clean when we got there as it wasn’t clean. Also the washing machine isn’t the best.

Cozy comfortable country house with a large green area surrounded by flowers. Each villa has its own private garden. The house is fully equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. Hospitable and attentive hosts. They responded very quickly to all of our questions. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our kids. The location is also convenient for traveling around the island. Of course you need a car. A variety of beaches within a radius of 8-10 minutes by car. Supermarket 8 minutes. Excellent family restaurant within walking distance.

The property is bog enough for a family. Nice garden. Nice pool.

The owner was not happy about our arrival. The apt was dirty. Bathrooms, kitchen, everywhere. We informed the crew and they come to clean it, but they would not comfirm that we have right. Late check out was possible for additional fee of 30 EUR, meanwhile all the villas were empty and it would be a nice compensation from the management. The trash can not be stored anywhere, we collected it on the floor. The place would be nice, but bad and inprofessional management.
