三宮の駅から近く新しいホテルでお部屋も広く便利。

枕が固く、高すぎる。　連続して同じ部屋を取れなかったので、途中喫煙の部屋しか取れなくて、鼻が痛くなるほどタバコの匂いがキツかった。

"喫煙ルームは、禁煙が取れなくても2度と泊まりたくない"

ロケーションと広さ。

連続して泊まったのでこの日かどうか覚えてないが、同じタイプの部屋が取れず1泊のみ喫煙ルームでタバコの匂いが鼻をつくほどキツく本当に死にそうなくらいきつかった。　枕が高くて硬い。

Location is great, staff were friendly but it feels like it's lacking a little human touch in some ways when you check in. Breakfast was good, plenty to offer, but not outstanding. The room looked similar to the picture but ours only had half the number of windows. Decent bathroom with bath
