I liked the style of the flat

When we arrived, we tried to check in but the lockbox was empty, we then tried opening all the lockboxes but only the empty one could be opened using the code that the host provided us. We tried calling the host multiple times (even using their “emergency line”) but they did not answer. They replied some days later saying that “based on our records, the key was returned to the designated key box by the previous guest. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the key after it was returned.” We ever sent them a picture of the empty lock box but they refused to take responsibility. We were left all alone, in the middle of a totally unknown place, in a city we have never been before. Despite the best efforts of booking’s customer service, (they tried calling the host for 2 days straight and even sent him an email) the host could not be bothered to comment on the missing key. We even got our lawyer involved who sent the host an email regarding the issue but the host has not answered to anything. They kept our money and left us all alone.

Decoration, Location

The room was very dirty, and despite sending photos of the mess to the host, we received no response or assistance. The lack of communication and disregard for cleanliness made our stay very unpleasant.

Great location, easy to find, comfortable sleeping, everything you need.

Could be a bit better cleaned, dust on shelfs, mirrors.

Location, facilities, size of the place.

Some humidity smell, the mattress was too close to the floor, the back up toilet paper wasn't clean, there was not any kitchen cloth or napkins, there was not any shampoo nor conditioner.
