Clean, quiet location, good wifi, helpful host. (We had a few silly questions, and the host was patient and kind with a quick response)

Excellent location within walking distance of Valletta the capital and the bus network. Staying in a residential area gave you a feel for the real Malta rather than the homogeneous tourist experience of say Sliema. I liked the two traditional balconies overlooking the road.

Minimalist kitchen. No wine glasses (rectified when requested). No washing up bowl. No point using the dishwasher for a couple of mugs. No plug in the basin. The basement smelled a bit musty which could be worse in winter. A major concern for us who are in our mid 70s was the fact that there was no handrail on the stairs. From basement shower room to bedroom there are about 15 steep stone stairs. Also from ground floor to kitchen area another 15 stone stairs and there is no simple handrail to give one support. A slip or a trip could be nasty. Unfortunately, next door house was being refurbished during our stay and there were some road works. This entailed jackhammer work, drilling and dust which is not what you want on holiday.

1. It's in a convenient location. It's easy to get an Uber to the front door. 2. The property is modern and spacious. 3. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Good location near the center of Valletta. The staff was always very helpful and available via WhatsApp and booking chat.

The strong smell of humidity and the bad cleaning of the kitchen (we found several kitchenware dirty)

The location of the apartment is perfect, 15 min from Upper Barrakka Gardens and from Waterfront boat ferries. 10 min from Valletta Bus Station. The apartment was recently renovated and well equipped. The self check-in and the communication with the apartment was smooth without complication.

The humidity is really high, but it is caused by the position of the apartment. For a short 3-nights trip is not such a big problem. But if you have any allergies or respiratory problems I would not choose this apartment.

The rooms are really nice and the interior design is excellent, but if you have any respiratory problems, such as asthma - do not stay at this property! The sleeping room is in the lower floor of the apartment and the air was moist and due to the high breathing issues, it was clear that mold spores were in the air. An indicator for a high amount of spores was as well, that after moving upstairs (to the sofa) the breathing issues stoped. We moved to a new place we’re there was (as in any proper hotel/apartment) a clear air. The owner argued that it was “Malta”-Air.

The infrastructure of the apartment - 3 levels 0. bedroom, bathroom -1. spa-style master bathroom 1. living room with kitchen and two balconies (one overlooking the bay) A very creative and climatically arranged space Great contact with the owner of the facility The place has a wonderful aura :) Very good access to public transport (including the main bus station) Many local stationary shops in the area + mobile traders depending on the day of the week (seafood / vegetables and fruits) I highly recommend! :) 🫶
