Hot Tub Accommodation North Wales Caravan

The owners put up a Christmas tree it was clean and cosy and the bed was the absolute comfiest bed I've ever slept on

No towels

The accommodation was very nice and clean and great value for money I would book the caravan again

I wish I booked for a longer stay

Absolutely notning about it

The beds were cheap mattresses. By 7am the whole room was light due to cheap blinds not working. Spings in the double bed coming out. Both " single" beds were size of cot beds. The owners kept turning up un announced. They didnt even knock. Just walked onto the property with their dog not on a lead. I have a child walking arround. Dogs and my partner was in his pants. This is totally unacceptable and i want a full refund. The lady was rude stating i hadnt said i was bringing dogs. When in the description it clearly says. No charge for dogs. Dog friendly caravan. They have cameras outside to watch you. It doesnt state anywhere we cant leave dogs whilst we go to the shop either but she was rude to me regurding this. Like im physcic and should know this. I have a child and a strange man coming onto the decking every day. Weird and it doesnt state anywhere they would do this. Im disgusted. We left a night early. Felt very uncomfortable. Please dont go if you have children. Or want to actually have a comfortable night sleep. I will be reporting them to the site and to booking.com.

Hot tub was amazing , beds were as expected .

Beds were a little uncomfortable but for the price you cannot complain, was an amazing stay would 100% do it again

Loved it -The extras were great such as ear buds coffee sugar etc. Lovely location and decor.

I would have preferred a sweeping brush and a toilet brush as i like to clean after myself and a plug for the ensuite.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. The hot tub was a nice touch and a winner with 2 teens! We loved that the caravan was dog friendly as not a lot of places are. Every detail and home luxury was thought about and made sure it was avaliable in the caravan even the personal hygiene products in the bathroom was a nice thought. The hot tub was checked everyday and any problems were sorted straight away. We would definitely book again!

Leaving after 3 nights. I wish I'd have booked longer.

The holiday home was excellent very spacious,clean and modern.The hot tub was great also it was a nice touch providing robes and towels which we didn’t know about we already bought our own with us.Full size bed spacious and 2 toilets plus an American fridge with ice dispenser .

Liked everything can highly recommend
