Couldn’t find any cutlery, even a teaspoon for making coffee in the morning

Trying to guess which door to go through from the lift to find the room as signs on the wall showing where the rooms are. The amount of different processes to go through just to get the room key. The bed could have been bigger and it would have been nice if the heating was turned on

GBLocation was superb - very central location in Cardiff City and perfect for the Utilita Arena. The fact that a parking space was included was also great and a real selling point for the property.
The only very slight niggle was that there was no cutlery in the apartment - not even a teaspoon. However, there were saucepans and two potato mashers! (Tbh, we found this more amusing than annoying, as we were only staying one night for attending a show - but it would have been a bit of a pain if we were staying longer)
