Lokalizacja dogodna ze względu na bliskość toru Poznań, na który trzeba było dojechać rano... dojazd trwa ok 10 minut rano kiedy ruch jest spory a wieczorem dużo szybciej, bo ruch maleje. Po drodze kilka Żabek i Netto oraz stacja benzynowa. Bardzo dobre i dość urozmaicone śniadanie:) Obsługa pomocna i miła. Czysto. Hotel zadbany.

Od wczesnych godzin porannych duży hałas nawet przy zamkniętym oknie ... Hałas powodowany bliskością ruchliwej, głównej ulicy dojazdowej Poznania. Być może zależy to też od położenia pokoju. Nasz był tuż od parkingu.
