Receptionist / owner easy to contact and very helpful. Guy at receptionist is helpful he helps with our luggage and kindly assist to our room. Place is clean, safety is good with card access and password code at door, room is clean, most important is view very nice my room is at level 7, can direct see fireworks show every night. Apartment is not far from cable cars , beach and food place, easy to get grab and tuktuk. Shower gel and handwash has nice perfume. Also equipt with refrigerator, nice tv netflix, microwave, can cook also (small cook)

My shower place got some blockage a bit.
