Italian Design Apartment in Príncipe Real

IT’s the little things that make an accommodation comfortable. This apt had a full complement of kitchen utensils and sharp knives which is rare. It also had great water pressure in the showers .we had 2 couples so having 2 private bathrooms was perfect for us.. Great location

A little hard to maintain the temperature in the main living area.

Great location. Comfortable bed.

Jacuzzi tub not working. Overhead entry light not working. Heat/thermostat not working for 2nd bedroom. Tub enclosure leaks water onto bathroom floor. No host onsite to ask questions of, or receive recommendations from.

The apartment was great - nicely furnished, very clean, in a lovely area, and with everything functioning well - air conditioning, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. The beds were comfortable, and we esp appreciated having both a king and a queen size bed. Also the shutters on the windows blocked out any noise and light at night which was nice. The area around the apartment is animated but not teeming with people like the Bairo Baixa. The nearby restaurants get lively with a young crowd (mid-20s to mid 30s ?) but there were also places for families etc. All around we thought the apartment was terrific. We would definitely recommend it to any friends traveling to Lisbon!

My only suggestions to the owner would be to: 1-Provide some sort of bath mat in the master bathroom shower that covers the entire surface in there. It's incredibly slippery! We put a bath towel down to keep from sliding and/or falling but it wasn't ideal. 2-Request that the building management fix the smell in the lobby. It makes for a strange entrance. Also I think it should be noted that the elevator takes you up to the second floor, but then there are a few steps to climb to get to the apartment. Nothing dramatic and not a problem for us, but if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues this could present a challenge. All in all, however, it was a great place to stay.

Great location for walking to attractions. Great restaurants right across the street for breakfast and dinner.

A little noisy as it's on a busy street, but it's manageable.

The building was under renovation. Wish it had been completed by the time we arrived. It did not affect us when we were in the condo; however the lobby was not impressive.

Brilliant location. Really well designed in terms of space. Actually better than it looks in the images. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed in a very long time. Also brilliantly managed. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

Nothing. I guess it is kind of noisy at night due to location so if you want something quiet maybe not ideal, but you would expect this based on its proximity to all the stuff Lisbon has to offer
