Breakfast fine. Location excellent - rooms with great views over North Bay are worth booking. Staff friendly. Room compact, but comfortable enough.

Hotel looks a little faded and outdated. Some cleaning and renovation work needed. The bathroom ceiling in my room was peeling, stained and cracked and looked unpleasant - room need repainting.

Everything except for the location. Breakfast was the worst breakfast we've ever had!! There was barely anything to eat except for toast & a little bit of cereal. They did a cooked breakfast, but it was inedible. Beans were dry, poxy fried eggs, hash browns looked dreadful & the bacon looked dreadful too. Sausage did look ok, but didn't try it as it wasn't worth bothering with. We've stayed in loads of places even abroad & this was terrible! 1 out of 10. And we got charged £6 for parking! NEVER EVER been charged for parking in my whole life.

The entertainer was good.

In general,needs an upgrade.Room was small.Bed was dodgy.

It says on website good restaurant good food. They didn’t serve food and there were limited restaurants in vicinity

Nice friendly staff

Should be a sign for people to be quiet after a certain time as it was very loud after midnight. Bath was a bit dirty and stiff shower handle had troubles turning it off.
