Location and space

It is a bit run down, not cleaned the best. We addressed the issue upon arrival and they sent a cleaning person to redu the floor. She was in/out in 10min. There is not pan and pods for cooking.

Great stay. Beautiful views.

Could have used a little more cleaning. We had dirty dishes in dishwasher. Towels were in the dryer. We folded and left on top of machine. Lint screen was packed. I took a pic cause I’ve never seen that much lint in a screen. No dishwasher soap tablets. One Pool cue has no tip. Master bath has no hot water on the left side. Someone has tried to shut the hot water off it has a constant drip and the whole faucet moves when turned on and off. It would have been nice to have a trash can liner other than the one that was in the can. On April 5, the day before we checked out we were sent the gate code and house code to get in. It would have been nice to get those before arriving. We had a beach house rental for years and know it’s difficult to keep people happy but this could have used a good mopping through out. Not just a sweeping. Check behind the doors and there was dirt in the corners. Door stops are needed behind some doors. You can see the imprint of the knob on the sheet rock. We gave a good review because we notice things that others don’t.

We were there visiting family, so we liked the location of how close the property was to our relatives. The view was awesome! We loved how spacious it was for us and our Labs.

Everything was great- no issues.
