GBJasmine was very prompt and allowed us to check in earlier. Pool was out of action but looked good. Very close to amenities. Lovely to have clothe washing facilities.
Perhaps duvet covers on the beds. A tea towel for wiping pots.
NLSpecious, clean and several restaurants in the neighborhood, better than in Sandakan Center. There is no place where wash gets dry so fast as on the balcony in this place. For us a great place for a overnight after the jungle.
In my opinion this place is fine for 1 or 2 nights, but for longer the surroundings are a bit boring.

FRExcellent communication with host. Managed to arrange to stay longer for our plane. Near shops and excellent seafood restaurants. Comfy and clean with nice swimming pool.
GBGreat to have 3 bedrooms as travelling with my two teens. Great space good facilities swimming pool fantastic. Near to restaurants and supermarket if you can brave the 10-15min walk grab available. Appreciated the washing powder so I could use machine
Beds were hard and some pillows were rocks. Kitchen ok for basic heating up but not for full on family cooking. I managed omelettes, egg bread and pasta dish.

AUHad everything needed for a comfortable stay, pool was very good. Jasmine was very helpful, met us at 10pm at night, and made us very welcome. Location very good for dining and supermarkets.

I have booked 2 nights, but unfortunately had to cancel it as we were at the other side of Borneo and could not make it that evening. I understand that the refund upon 24 hours is not possible, however the second night also not. I suggested to arrive 2 days later, but changing the date was no option for owner. Too bad for me, but he could have shown some empathy.
