Charmaine was very friendly and welcoming. The sheets were clean and the apartment as a whole

The TV was off. I couldn't switch it on. I think the battery died.

I liked everything the apartment was beautiful and felt like home and the pool area was chilled the host too was very nice and always willing to help🤭🤭

Comfortable beds and Charmaine was very warm and helpful.

The description is misleading. There is no pool view. The apartment is located next to a busy, not quiet main road in the suburb. Traffic starts at 5am. Cannot close the bedroom window because it’s missing a handle. The washing machine is communal, not in the apartment. We replaced remote control batteries and bulbs. Paint is peeling on the bedroom doors and kitchen. The quality of the cookware is poor. Overall, the apartment needs maintenance.

Literally everything. Location, facility, staff, the service. I could go on and on.

The facility over delivered. Its home away from home. The warm welcome by "Chamagne" (excuse me for mispelling the name). Aww what a wonderful lady. Thuli also... We just loved it
