Perfectly located beauty in secure Estate

The space is beautiful and big. There is lovely artwork and many of the amenities are great (balcony, dining room table, equipped kitchen) etc. There is parking on site, all of which is situated inside a secure and gated estate.

On arrival, I didn't have immediate instructions of where to park and locate the space, I had to wait for a phone call to explain. During the evening it was very hot with no fans and non-functional air conditioner. I left the windows and doors open but then felt a little unsafe and got eaten by mosquitoes all night. This lead to a poor nights' sleep and negatively impacted an extremely important examination that I wrote the next day. The shower did not work - water only dribbled out. I had to wash myself in the bath which made a huge mess and again impacted my exam. The kitchen didn't have any sharp knives, and there were no niceties for guests such as small oil, salt, pepper to cook with. While they aren't mandatory, they go a long way to guest satisfaction. On check out, there was no instruction on where to leave keys or how to get out. I had to phone (again).

Compact, everything was on hand from utensils, towels etc.

Couldn’t find the WiFi code, water came into the bath a bit brownish, there was a towel under the toilet to stop the leak but water had spread to the tiles already, this is after flushing on the leak, couldn’t find a key for the sliding doors.

It's located in a very nice place and our host, Charmaine was awesome. She really knows her job. We would love to spend more time with her next time. She made sure she always avail herself when in need. She keeps the place so clean and ensure you get everything you need. She is the best.

Allow a visitors to enjoy themselves without being asked to reduce voices. How can people be expected to swim and have fun while very quiet? It's a place where people come to enjoy, so allow them to enjoy, obviously with the noise not disturbing others. My kids ended up whispering to each other shame.
