"Gutes Hotel mit wenig professioneller Rezeption"

Gute Lage, besonderes Ambiente. Gutes Frühstück in schönem Bereich - und dort auch freundliches Personal. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer.

Eine wirklich sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr unprofessionell agierte (sie hat auch sehr freundliche Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die aber leider viel seltener da waren). Leider war sie öfters alleine im Dienst und scheint ihren Job nicht sehr zu mögen. Warum eine Mitarbeiterin mit diesem Mindset an der Rezeption eines solchen Hotels arbeitet, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Rezeption erwies sich (leider bei 2 von 3 Aufenthalten) als der absolute Minuspunkt am Hotel - diese Erfahrung haben auch andere Gäste gemacht. Die Sauberkeit in den Badezimmern und im Wohnbereich war nicht perfekt. Seife etc. wurde nicht nachgefüllt trotz Bitte darum.
