Cabin view was nice! Hot tub n pool were very clean, Hosts did call me back on Saturday evening about dishwasher, grill n ice maker…. Sent a repair man on Sunday to fix n brought bags of ice since he did not have a filter for ice maker which he knew he needed

Dishwasher was broken, no ice on Saturday arrival day, lights on deck not on after it got dark, clock in dining room did not work, gas grill was dirty with only one burner working, toilet in downstairs bathroom bedroom rocks, stains on sheets in downstairs bedroom on right, only one set of kitchen towels, bath towels were extremely thin n small, no towels for pool / hot tub area, found spiders n bus on lower level. Pool was warm the first day but cool after that.

We loved how large the cabin was for our party of 7. Everything was so nicely decorated with a new modern cabin feel. It is in a private area with an outdoor firepit and indoor electric fireplace. The 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths with 3 half baths was excellent. The kids loved the downstairs with pool, theatre room, and games. They were quick to respond when we had a question.

The hot tub was small, it was pretty tight for 4 adults. We also thought the washer and dryer was too small. It was not a full size. The coffee maker leaked 2 times. We weren't sure what was wrong. We just used the Kpods the rest of the week which worked just fine. There is a nail sticking up a bit on the 5th stair going down to the basement. It looks like it was nailed in crooked but it sticks up a bit and could catch on someone's foot. Everything is new however so new that the yard around the house needs clean up from construction.
