West Shore Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

Place was spotlessly clean and comfortable

Traffic noise early in evening when windows open.

Lovely apartment for 2 people ,and the kitchen was nice. , large tv and comfy sofa.

The pillows on the bed was very flat and lumpy. Probably need new pillows. The mattress was comfortable though.

Good location. Very nice modern and bright apartment.

Walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours’ steps or voices if they talk loud. But ouf they respect the rules about no noise after 10pm, no problem.

The location was great, peaceful and close to the beach. If you travel with kids, there's a playground 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. For those who travel with dogs, there's a big green area where your four-legged friend can enjoy time. A convenience shop and fish and chips is opposite the road. The Great Orme trail walk is nearby the apartment, and if you want to walk to the promenade and pier, it's a 10-minute walk. The tram station to the Great Orme summit is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Car park is on the main road.

The only downside of the apartment is the soundproofing. If someone stays in the apartment above you, especially with kids, you can hear almost every step and shower when it's in use.

the location was great. the host was most accessible and responded promptly to requests. The apt was clean with extra sheets/towels for our 2 week stay. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for sure and perhaps we will return again!

a real bed for the third person vs a sofa bedw which for 2 weeks was a bit much but our son managed.

Apartment is very nice and done out to a great standard. Warm, comfortable with everything you need. We stayed for Christmas and all equipment was available to cook with. Kitchen is very nice and easy to use hob and oven. Bed is comfy and showeroom is clean and nicely done. Location is wonderful West shore beach around the corner . Lovely restaurant bar around the corner,shop and chippy over the road. About a mile from pier with shops restaurants cafes on the way .Bus stop is over the road if walking is a problem. Llandudno is lovely lots to do even in the winter when some things are closed up. Check in and out was easy and communication with owners and housekeeping is good.

Scaffolding was up at the front of the property and workmen were there early every day(apart from 2 days) fixing the roof. This made privacy difficult as they needed to walk up the Scaffolding next to the very large windows and also not giving a good view. This can't be helped if work needs doing but we were not told before arrival. Also only one small window opens in all of the rooms of property and you need to climb on.something to open it.

Spotlessly clean modern first floor apartment a short walk away from Llandudno centre but minutes away from West shore beach have already booked with them for next year
