Bella vista sul mare, luogo silenzioso e poco traffico, perfetto per raggiungere il mare e cita se automuniti...

Pulizia di scarsa qualità e cucina piccola e assente di bollitore elettrico e il frigo molto rumoroso (visto che si trova in camera da letto)

Hallo, wir waren da für 8 Tage. Die Lage war sehr gut und man hat eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer und Berge. Auch Tiere sieht man wie z.b Rehe. Die Unterkunft an sich war auch sehr toll, beide Zimmern hatten einen AC das sehr gut gekühlt hat. Die Terrasse war auch gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Tisch und Liegen falls man sich sonnen will. Sonneschutz gibt auch. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr, wir waren als Familie da und es hatten jeden gefallen

New and clean apartment with a terrace with a beautiful view on the hills, village and sea. Bedrooms have airconditioning with a really silent setting for the night. The balcony on the other side (entry) of the house is mostly in the shade of the house, but that is also ok. Showers are clean and seem relatively new. In the village are a small supermarket (approximately 300m) and a fine child-friendly restaurant (approximately 600m). Closest beach is about 7km down the hill, from there are 10's of beaches in a 30 km range. Cities like Livorno and Pisa are easy reachable and offer good programmes for one or two days of trips. The host is friendly and helpful. Tips are offered, check-in and check-out are easy. We were allowed to use the washing machine after asking.

Whereas there was a lot of good, the devil is in the detail. As there is just a kitchenette, there is no real place for food, preparation or dishwashing. Also worth mentioning: the kitchenette is accessible through the bedroom which also is the entry to the main terrace. In our case as a family of 5: the kids room was the main traffic room, which is quite bad for easy evenings. Another issue: the kitchenette is so small, the fridge is also placed in the bedroom annex living room, where the kids sleep. Glasses and cups were mainly from plastic, which decreased the limited kitchen experience even further. The coffee maker is small (we got a second one on request), no water cooker was available for tea or cafe Americano. Whereas the look from the terrace is great, a silent breakfast or evening is not possible. The split unit of the airconditioning is placed on the terrace, causing hot air and annoying sound. Of course, this is gone when switching it off, but then the bedroom of the kids heats up. A bit disadvantageous. Generally: we booked a three room apartment. At arrival there were only two rooms: one master bedroom (double bed) and a bedroom (double bed + foldable bed) annex living with access to the kitchenette. The renter did offer his private kitchen annex living as compensation. Whereas this was nice, the process took a few days and did only partly solve our pains. Nonetheless, 100% credit for the effort.

The view is amazing, there is a grocery shop near by and it is great to have rooms in seprate floors for my privacy within the group

The property is located in a picturesque area. The view from the terrace is exceptional. Everything you need for comfortable staying is here. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Marco for helping us. We had a really good time here.
