The view and the vibe was pretty good. The staff were nice

There was a boxer in the drawer by the bed😭😭, the wall of the room was a little dirty, the closet has a musty smell. We sometimes couldn't use the card to excess the lift

The shower in one of the bathrooms could not get warm enough

The atmosphere and cleanliness

When we checked in. The host or staff should check the door password . Instead they gave us the wrong password twice ! And no one replied till i had to call each one of them. And the reply was only a minute different time lapse. And straight away when i called no answer no reply. Thank god one of the staff in that whatsapp group picked up my call and gave me a whole new password. They should double check first rather thn guest have to wait and being ignored .

The stay exactly same & comfortable as picture! Perfect place to rest after our Legoland trip. Legoland & Medini mall just walking distances. Definitely will book again!

The parking too high!😂 I get dizzy everytime go to level 5. But that is small matter for me & family

Location is near medini mall. Easy to find food around that area.

Parking at level 5. No complimentary drinking water and tea/coffee provided.
