Great location - at the centre of Zagreb. Clean and big room.

Not very responsive on booking.com No hand soap in the toilet. Just body wash and shampoo.

Το μόνο κακό πέρα από το θόρυβο που είχε (τον οποίο τον συνήθιζες και ήταν οκ) ήταν κλειδωμένη η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να βάλεις ούτε κρύο ούτε ζέστη μπορούσε να την ρυθμίσει μόνο ο ιδιοκτήτης ο οποίος μας απάντησε λίγο πριν το check out… Το βράδυ είχε κρύο στο δωμάτιο και αντί για ζέστη ο αεραγωγός έβγαζε κρύο αέρα χωρίς να μπορούμε να το αλλάξουμε …

Very central location. Apartment small but comfy. Especially for a short stay.

Could do with a couple of plates and wine glasses.

We were really happy with everything at Bona Fide. Location is amazing and the cleanliness outstanding. Be aware it is in an old building and the lift is archaic but functions adequately. The air-conditioning worked intermittently but didn't pose a problem as we were in Zagreb during the milder weather. The trams are just below the apartments and can be noisy but we found the hum great white noise.

The location was perfect, the apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated.

The bathroom floor flooded after the shower, but it can be fixed with a few towels on the floor.
