The owner is very accomodating and approachable.

Some security guards are not well mannered..kht magkasalubong kayo sa elevator di ka man lng paunahin..ung parking slot #70 is not convenient esp if its raining..basang basa ako sa paghakot ng gmit di nmn mka decide guards if pwd lumipat kht saglit..bahang baha sa likod kung san ka maglalagay gmit sa compaRtment..

The room was explicitly beautiful

Good. Relax and slow life. If ride tricycle Near mall and market. Motor parking free. Cook. Laundry.

Disappointed little bit about… kitchen set is lack. Motor parking is full vacant. Lanudry dirty dust white. Walk far to mall and market. No store in condo.

Everything. The unit is clean and cozy; everything you need is there, including karaoke and a foot massage. The bed is comfortable. Free water and all necessary equipment are provided. The location is safe and has mall access. The owner is very accommodating, even with my concerns regarding schedule changes. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. The owner went above and beyond, adding decorations and ensuring a good and memorable stay. Though we didn't have time to use the pool, the owner gave us a ticket to use it. The pool is okay overall. If I could give it a 1000/10, I would.

Access to the mall is until 9 p.m. only. This is not under the unit owner's control, so all is fine. 🙂

I like everything specially the good customer service. Very responsive ni owner, ifs my 2nd time staying and still looking forward l.

When you dont live there and only rent it for a staycation, every person has to pay individiual. This is not normal i think esprcially because its not mentioned and not usual. Also the cleaning of the swimming pool should be announced. And using it was 150 php each person, while i got a message that we could use it for free. It was announced that we had to pay for it, but then dont send a message that its free. My girlfriend paid but i would bever have done it. For the rest its very nice. No complains. Checkin was really convenient. But write the exact costs, also in Booking.com. No hidden costs. This scare people and get bad reviews. And its a very nice place, so pity for this.
