Nice newish apartment, owner replies fast

I have never stayed in a dirty apartment such as this one. Other people’s hair everywhere, dust all over the apartment, stains on bed sheet… The owner doesn’t provide you check in details unless you ask and on the top of that they ask for the staying tax in the message, which shouldve been included in the 200+€ price or mentioned somewhere…
