"Exceptional"

Perfect location to all the main attractions of Matlot. Couldn't have asked for more. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating throughout with any questions I had during the stay. I would highly recommend it.

"Lovely place, would definitely stay again."

Property is very cute, with cottage vibes. Enough off road parking for 2 cars. Small stoned back garden with 4 seats and a table. Some beautiful views outside the upstairs windows. Sheep in field behind the house, was lovely to see the lambs bouncing around when looking out. Comfortable bed and bedding. Shower is large with good water pressure. Cooking utensils in the kitchen were also good.

There was a poo in the garden, assume a dogs?

A lovely cottage just minutes outside of Matlock town centre. Natasha was a very helpful host, and the cottage was very well presented and had everything we needed.

Excellent property. Clean and modern with an enclosed garden at the rear to sit out and appreciate the sunny weather. Lovely place to walk just 2 mins from house.

Great cottage, communication regarding arrival was great and lots to do locally. Very clean with everything you need within the cottage. Secure garden brilliant for a dog.

Bed was very soft and so not to our personal liking although a good size. Cottage is on a steep hill so a car is advantageous
