location, terrace, private space and good wifi

poor cleaning (walls full of insect corpses from previous people) and lack of cleaning items to sort it out after cooking or showering, nearly broken furniture i.e. chairs, uncomfortable bed/sofa, very old/abbandoned building interiors, shower would not even close entirely, and had roaches every day

Its okay for a short stay. The owner was overall helpful. Theres air conditioning, working kitchen, hot water etc.

The place is a little bit dirty at some spots, also the owner got into the apartment to "check the problem in the room" while we were away, I wouldnt consider this a red flag, but I personaly dont like that approach.
