Spacious Double Studio-style room

Location. Very nice host. Spacious room. Warm. Clean. Free parking.

The location was lovely in a quiet, residential neighbourhood a short drive from the High Street of Orpington and the rail station. I found having a car important in this location, but using a taxi between the rail station and the residence would also work. I did not look into bus service. The host was friendly. I appreciated the mini-fridge, microwave, tea-making facility and dishes (including salt and pepper!), making meals easier and cheaper than going out.

The private bathroom was upstairs from the room. The shared downstairs loo was conveniently just outside the room.

Felt confined due to length of stay .No wardrobe.Could do with a television No ensuite

Clean and tidy, tea making facilities, plates microwave. Very hospitable, would go back if needed

No problems for us but toilet was separate and bathroom was upstairs. Not good if you are unable to climb stairs

Host was very kind and accommodative. Really liked the place.

Sumptuously comfortable bed and the best pillows ever. Owner really helpful and adaptable for our requirements. Beautiful house, great space and fabulous location.

The host was super nice and supportive. Room is spacious and tidy. The house is much closer to High street.
