The reception was really considerate as I booked the room for my parents who came from afar for treatment at HUSM. Location was also great, and the room given to us was quiet enough for a comfortable sleep despite being smack in the centre of busy location.

the great location and it's surprisingly quiet despite the location

the shower amenities were not topped up, it'll be nice if there's more, i kinda had to be frugal to try to use it all over my body
