L’emplacement, accès facile

Très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins tousser, les enfants pleurer, les travaux qui commencent très tôt le matin. Un cafard qui se balade tranquillement vu que la fenêtre de salle de bain ne peut pas se fermer (poignée cassé, chambre 103)
