"A deeply disappointing stay marked by unprofessional service, misleading meals, and poor upkeep."

Our stay was highly disappointing and fell far below expectations. While the property has a few redeeming qualities, the numerous issues we encountered overshadowed any positives. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel. Positives: 1) The hotel is conveniently located just a 3–5 minute walk from the main road, making it accessible for travelers. 2) The rooms are relatively large, though the bathrooms are notably cramped. 3) The rooftop swimming pool is a nice addition, though we did not use it due to other inconveniences.

Major Concerns & Issues: 1) The staff displayed little to no knowledge of the hotel’s partnerships with booking platforms like Booking.com. Our reservation explicitly included a Full Board Meal Plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner), which we prepaid in full. Upon check-in, the hotel refused to honor this and demanded additional payment for meals. We reluctantly paid ₹1,840 for lunch and dinner for two adults. Booking.com’s customer service has assured assistance, but this reflects poorly on the hotel’s integrity. 2) The in-room fridge was broken. Shockingly, the reception informed us that none of the fridges in the hotel were operational. If this is the case, why are they provided at all? 3) The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, with a persistent unpleasant odor. The staff merely sprayed air freshener to mask the smell temporarily. 4) Staff were indifferent, unresponsive, and lacked basic courtesy. Examples include: Delivering food to our room while talking on the phone, showing zero professionalism, Denying simple requests like an extra chair, Failing to provide drinking glasses despite multiple requests (we waited hours). 5) Only a small shampoo/handwash was provided—no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or other essentials. Just one towel was supplied for two adults. 6) The meal costs were unreasonable. For instance, 4 pieces of puri bhaji cost ₹160, which is exorbitant for the portion and quality. This hotel’s lack of professionalism, misleading practices, and poor upkeep made our stay stressful and frustrating. While the location and room size are pluses, the cons far outweigh the pros. Proceed with caution if booking here, and double-check all terms directly with the hotel to avoid surprises. Note to Management: Address staff training, transparency with booking platforms, and basic maintenance to improve guest experiences.

Only the location was okay, but we couldn’t stay due to hygiene issues.

They provided us with a room that was not clean, it lacked clean sheets (even found a burned one), towels, shampoo/soap, toilet paper, and more... We also requested to see other rooms and checked two more, which were in the same condition.
