Wi-Fi was very bad I had to go up and down from floor 20 ,3 times and the staff were saying there’s nothing I can do and I didn’t have data I had work I needed to finish .and on the call they were saying the same thing . Was very disappointed about the Wi-Fi

The view was everything for me. I woke up happy everyday and even slept without needing to close the curtain. I ended up extending my days until June 7th. I can’t wait to book again next time.

The kitchen needs light. As someone who wear glasses it’s hard to see at night.

Comfort

I didn't like the fact that it was impossible to contact the hostess or the owner. With absolutely no one to speak to. First of all I was charged over R900 yet on the booking.com app it said R547 and i was told when i called by the receptionist that it's for the cleaning services and she said its stated on the add of the room but in small fonts And she started that most people miss it, I don't understand why they don't include it on the price advertised. So not fair they are crooks. Even worse their whatsapp doesn't work at all i sent a message long time they haven't responded how do you deduct people's money and dissapear and be unreachable so selfish and crooky. Even worse the receptionist says they cant reach the owners either they don't have their landlines and mobile numbers . They are also complaining as we complain that this happens all the time. People encounter different problems but they complain to them as receptionist yet there is nothing they can do. I got to the room to encounter another problem of a Wifi that doesn't work. Now tell me who do i speak to when the receptionist tells they have nothing to do with it. I must speak to the owner yet they also don't know the owner. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I'm so not very happy I demund refund on that cleaning services fee you can ridiculously charge over R400 for cleaning a room that cost oR450 that's just crazy its daylight robbery. Im very Cross and I'm willing to go extra mile legal route to deal with this matter. Very dissapointing. I can't even believe you wrote an email stating if people check in after 18:00 will be changed extra R200 fee The owner is a pure Crook.
