Beautiful and comfortable modern-styled partment with a fabulous sea- view. Great facilities including kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with wonderful power showers. Well located for piers, town and Tower.

Everything was quality, beautifully arranged , so comfortable , everything you needed, was so nice to have the most comfortable bed too , wanted to take it home

Would of been nice for a bit of clothing storage In bedrooms , even if just a hanging rail

Excellent accommodation! Modern and stylish with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent and the most amazing view from the living area. Very clean with quality linen. Highly recommend! Great communication and quick response answering all our questions!

There is a smell but it’s not the apartment it’s the drains in Blackpool. The air fresheners used are fragrant in the apartment and it didn’t impact our stay. It’s a shame as everything else is amazing.

The smell of the drain when you first enter the building isn’t very nice and it does come through a bit in the drains in the property

الموقع جيد، لكن للأسف الشقة من الداخل كانت مليئة برائحة المعطرات القوية التي تغطي على رائحة الصرف الصحي المنتشرة في المبنى بالكامل، خاصة عند المدخل، وهذا أثر بشكل كبير على راحتنا أثناء الإقامة. النظافة لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث كانت هناك شبكات عنكبوت على النوافذ توضح أنها لم تُنظف منذ فترة. كما واجهنا صعوبة في الدخول، لأن الباب يفتح فقط برقم سري، مما اضطرنا للانتظار حوالي نصف ساعة حتى نجحنا في الدخول.

الموقع جيد، لكن للأسف الشقة من الداخل كانت مليئة برائحة المعطرات القوية التي تغطي على رائحة الصرف الصحي المنتشرة في المبنى بالكامل، خاصة عند المدخل، وهذا أثر بشكل كبير على راحتنا أثناء الإقامة. النظافة لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث كانت هناك شبكات عنكبوت على النوافذ توضح أنها لم تُنظف منذ فترة. كما واجهنا صعوبة في الدخول، لأن الباب يفتح فقط برقم سري، مما اضطرنا للانتظار حوالي نصف ساعة حتى نجحنا في الدخول.

The location was brilliant, great room sizes and very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Unfortunately there is an issue with the large windows on the promenade leaking badly. We arrived during strong winds and heavy rain and there was water pouring in and onto the floor which we had to just soak up with towels and use a basin to catch the worst of it. Such a shame as the flat is lovely!

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and clean in the heart of Blackpool. A peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. No noise from neighbouring apartments, very well insulated (hardly any accommodation in Blackpool has this!). Had to contact the hosts for a travel cot and they were super helpful and attentive, straight to our door with it and a high chair which wasn’t expected but very kind. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Loved it!

There was a sewage like smell at the property entrance (downstairs) and in the back bedroom and bathrooms. It was off putting however I don’t believe it had anything to do with this apartment as it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I’m not sure if the unit downstairs at the back of the property which was empty was the issue. Although not the pleasant, it was the only issue we found and easily fixable with a few open windows and a spray of perfume!

The apartment was exactly how it was described. Very modern, central to everything. Would highly recommend.
