Skvelé ubytovanie blízko pláže.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. La cucina è ben attrezzata ed è presente un balcone in cui si possono fare i pasti. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e si è resa disponibile per ogni richiesta. Inoltre ci ha accolto con l'aria condizionata accesa che funziona molto bene, non è rumorosa e non puzza. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi la spiaggia e il centro di Rovigno. La struttura è inoltre dotata di un parcheggio privato.

L'unica pecca è durante la notte, in quanto dalle scale arriva la luce esterna essendo presenti due grandi finestre ed essendo oscurate solo con delle tende.

Appartamento confottevole e ben arredato. Buoni materassi. Ottima posizione, lontana dalla confusione del centro, ma a distanza percorribile a piedi. Vicino alle spiagge. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile.

Sauberkeit, großes und gemütliches Appartment mit tollem Balkon, alles da was man braucht. Nähe zu den schönen weitläufigen Stränden. Lage sehr gut 15 Minutem bis zur Altstadt ein schöner Spaziergang am Meer entlang. Sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns alles erkärt wo was zu finden ist. Wir waren leider nur kurz dort kommen aber wieder.

This rental offers a highly convenient location with proximity to beaches and being conveniently within walking distance of the town center. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

The apartment itself is suitable for a couple and the balcony is a pleasant feature. However, several significant drawbacks impacted our comfort: 1.Noise Insulation: The windows lack adequate insulation resulting in significant noise intrusion from traffic and pedestrians during the night. This made sleeping difficult 2.Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is very compact making meal preparation challenging. It is equipped with only a single hot plate, which severely limits cooking functionality. 3. Bathroom Condition:The bathroom is outdated and required more thorough cleaning,particularly the shower area. 4. Laundry Appliance:The provided washing machine is outdated and operates very noisily While the location and host are definite positives, the apartment requires attention to noise insulation, kitchen facilities, bathroom upkeep, and appliance upgrades to enhance guest comfort and functionality for future stays.
