The house was clean, neat and tidy when I checked in. Zoe was super kind and helpful about everything. I absolutely recommend to stay here if you would like to feel comfortable and like you are staying your own home!

Everything was great. Maybe just a little downside was Alexa automatically started playing some classical music while I was sleeping. Better to turn it off if you mind listening some music during sleep

Great location, well equipped, homely feel

The property is as advertised, clean, and check-in was super-easy. Communication during the stay was great. Wifi worked fine for us. We thought the area was nice. It's close enough to walk to a lot of places, but also quick to get on the highway if needed.

Some little details of the house were a bit wonky. Nothing major, just the realities of an older house. Not so much a negative as a heads-up for others - If you very are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask in advance to have the air fresheners unplugged when the property is cleaned. There were several. We unplugged them ourselves during our stay and it wasn't a problem. The linens did not have a strong fragrance from the laundry, so it was all good. The hosts were a bit slower returning the deposit than they said in the check-in info. It seems to have been a one-time thing though, and the deposit was refunded in full.

1. Cleanliness of the house 2. Conveniently located as it’s walking distance to E Cesar Chavez St (about 7mins walk and where most eateries are located) and also to HEB (about 15mins walk) 3. All the kitchenwares 4. The thoughtfulness of the owners/host.

1. Would be great to have cotton bedsheets option. 2. The exhaust fan in toilet is loud! Would be great if it’s separated from the light. 3. The fans on the ground - it’s a hazard for us as we scraped our feet on it a few times. More so when lights off and the kids going to the toilet. 4. Wifi - unstable and keeps dropping off especially in bedroom is non existent.
