The Central Pearl Apartment Zadar

Superb in every way. Space, cleanliness, best quality equipment and furnishings, everything you need is there. This even includes washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, beach towels, hotel quality toiletries etc. Beds super comfortable with plenty of pillow and linen to use. Views from the terrace are breathtaking. Dino was super helpful assisting with carrying bags to the apartment and showing us around the property. Also checked during our stay if we needed anything. Located in the thick of it but very quiet inside. We were aware of the 4th floor with no lift but this was not an issue for us. Definitely recommend Dino’s apartment!

The host Dino was ready to receive us when we arrived at the apartment. He helped us carry our suitcases up. He showed us around the apartment to tell us how the internet etc. worked. Subsequently, he sent an overview via Whatsapp of some good restaurants and excursion destinations. We would like to thank Dino for his service-minded efforts, which helped us feel comfortable in his apartment

There was no elevator, but that doesn't matter. The apartment's lovely decor and location make you forget that. You get used to it!

Stunning apartment located right in the centre of old town.

No lift but not a big issue.

Apartment was spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. Great views of The Old Town from a rear balcony.

The stairs in the building as no lift. However would not had the views .

This apartment is amazing. When you first see the building, you will question whether you are in the right place...but you are! After you climb the four flights, you will be dazzled by a pristine, modern, super luxurious apartment. The location could not be better. You are in the heart of Zadar! The host was awesome. Our favorite stay on the Dalmatian coast.

Parking is a challenge, however, we found parking in the lot close by twice and it worked out. It will cause some anxiety, but stick with it and a spot will open. If not, we saw a lot of parking a little further away.

There is a problem with the elevator in the house.

Fantastic location. Incredible apartment. Very luxurious with great attention to details. Dino was a brilliant host. We couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing facilities and stunning views! Host super friendly. Would definitely come back again. Probably the best place we’ve stayed at.

The bedding could use softer, cotton sheets but that’s just a small personal preference on our part :)

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Great location and had everything we needed inside. Great view from the windows and balconies. Dino was a great host, very nice to deal with and he texted us several times to make sure we Had everything we needed.

The only issue is no elevator. However the host does offer to help you bring you’re luggage up to the apartment.

Fantastic host, who is v responsive. The property has every amenity, top quality appliances & fittings. In my opinion, better than staying in a hotel.

Nothing really not to like, but perhaps not suitable for elderly or those with pushchairs as it is on 4th floor. We however did not find this an issue.
