Food service can be improved.

It was on the hill, away from hustle but not isolated. Place was clean. Owner was prompt in responding whenever we reached out.

Property was overall really good. This is a climb up the hill so private vehicle is needed. Just on the first eve there were frequent power fluctuations but it wasn’t a huge cause of worry as after 45min or it stabilised

Location was best , as it's at the top most part of the hill and tough to order any . The mist and climate was great at the top. Room was good . Club House was good.

Less staffs due to Diwali . Previous guests didn't check out on time . Cleaning was delayed. Tough to get food at the stay as no restaurant at the place . Swimming pool is steep low to the stay . Which is weird . Didn't even use swimming pool.

Quite room.

No Cable connection and internet connection was very slow. i didn't meet my expectations. and one more thing i have waited for arrange the room for long time. The route of the resort was very disappointed for us. They said restaurant is available @8.00 a.m. to 9 p.m. but there is no restaurant. Its very very disappointed for us.

Rooms are very Neat and Clean, Site seen from room was very nice Owner and Manager was so Friendly. Value for the money. ENJOYED LOT.

Nothing to say

Room was located at a quiet place.

Hard to reach. No water, tea, coffee. For such basic things you will have to drive up the hill. There is a club house which serves very basic coffee and dosa. The room was not clean, bedsheet had hairs on it. No AC. No TV. No hot kettle. Please don't book it if you are travelling with kids.

Good property

But no proper maintenance, no safety, not rooms clean, cots not washed, no proper road to reach. Not worth for money.
