Casa bellissima nel centro storico, super fornita, pulita e facile da raggiungere. L'host è stata gentilissima e reattiva. E' vicina alle maggiori attrazioni della città.

Die Unterkunft war genau so einladend und charmant wie auf den Fotos. Zudem liegt sie wirklich sehr zentral und bietet mit dem separaten Whirlpool einen willkommenen Bonus. Besonders positiv war auch die absolut zuverlässige, kompetente Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

Wie schon von anderen Gästen beschrieben, kann es manchmal etwas laut werden, da die Tür der Wohnung direkt an der Gasse liegt und nicht alle, die daran vorbei gehen/fahren, rücksichtsvoll sind. Für diejenigen, die keinen tiefen Schlaf haben, legt die Gastgeberin sicherheitshalber Ohrstöpsel bereit.

We had a wonderful stay at Via Guerriera 25. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful. We especially loved the bath. Gloria and Marco were fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing our stay was perfect!

Lovely authentic Perugian property. Communication with Gloria was so friendly and prompt. She provided nice clear instructions for check-in, local tips and also checked in during my stay to see how I was going which was very thoughtful. The property exactly as photographed, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The area felt nice and safe for me as a solo traveler.

Just a little noisy at night over the weekend from the property above. Ear plugs were provided however which was a thoughtful touch.

Great location, next to main historic sights but not as noisy/hectic as the very centre. Host was incredibly helpful with great advice for sightseeing. Wonderful meal at Michelin-starred restaurant Ada Gourmet on our doorstep. Thanks!

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities needed. The host was so helpful and easy to work with. We will be back to Perugia and will stay at this apartment again! Thank you Gloria :)!
