At first the guest was denied a early check-in. Then even the actual check-in, which was supposed to be at 12 was changed to 2 pm and asked for one additional day payment in exchange for an early check-in. The room that was shown was unclean and bad and washroom was in pathetic condition. When we complained about it to Oyo customer care the hotel manager lied to the customer care manager that the guest had arrived with another guest and had requested for a double occupancy on a single room booking. There was only one guest who had gone to Hyderabad for an official trip. The oyo customer care refused any refund and sided with the hotel manager. After assurance from Oyo customer care manager that a better room will be provided and the fact that we had already paid 50% payment in advance, the guest went back to the hotel, but he hotel manager demanded that the entire payment for the 3 nights be paid before new room is allocated. Due to time constraint, our guest agreed but his entire stay was ruined. A very bad experience due to which we will probably never book a Oyo stay ever again. Will not recommend this hotel or oyo stay again.
