Inflexibles, llamamos para avisar que por temps de tràfico llegabamos tarde y no nos d'ironia solución, solo un mensaje que no estarian. Tuvimos que pagar otro alojamiento. Fatal, poca empatia.

Ho già espresso alla proprietaria i miei disappunti che vanno migliorati secondo me riguardanti la pulizia dell'appartamento ed è stata molto carina nella risposta, spero che vengano presi in considerazione seriamente.
