Right next to the ocean Everybody that stayed there knew each other And go there every year at that time that we were there

We absolutely loved our stay at Emerald Seas! The pools were fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and the sun deck was the perfect place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. One of our favorite things was being able to walk to town and enjoy all the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The dining options were excellent, and Flanigan's nightly $20 special was an incredible value and absolutely delicious! What really made our stay special was the staff. Gene, the manager, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Elizabeth was an absolute ray of sunshine—always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, convenient, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Emerald Seas to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

The shower was hard to turn on/off and the front door lock was tricky.

I love the location and convenience of walking the beach and have stayed here multiple times.

All the other rooms I’ve stayed at in this resort had Roku tv’s. I was planning to binge watch a show on my last visit but that room only had Xfinity cable. This is first time at resort where I’ve encountered a bed that was not comfortable.

Habitaciones antiguas ! Todo el lugar es muy antiguo y con falta de mantenimiento, Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso , menos mal que había ventilador de techo sino imposible dormir , me dieron una habitación con cama tipo catre incómodo se hundía la cama , malas las almohadas no contraté eso por booking las fotos publicadas a estudio no corresponden a lo que pagué , le falta mantenimiento a todo el complejo , en el baño encontré varios pelos , piscina sucia , no lo recomiendo ! En 3 días no realizaron la limpieza, tuve que pedir cambio de toallas ! El valor de la estadía por lo que ofrecen es exagerado !

Outdoor facilities and beach Reception was friendly and helpful.

Very Dated and dark . Sink was extremely low , a little bit higher than my knees No elevator. Room was clean but definitely needs an update!

Arrived at 7:30 on a Friday to do the check in and the office was closed. We had to go to another hotel for the night for my family to sleep.

The location is great and everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful.

The property and furnishings are old. I had trouble with a few things this time at the property. Toilet not flushing and TV not working. The staff is great and very helpful, but it took two attempts to get each fixed. I visit several times a year though and this is my go to place because it’s all about the location for me.
