location - close to the old historical centre

lack of english made the comunication with the host quite difficult. Rooms were dark and small , bathrooms low grade (comparing other accomodations we found in Peru). No dining room and kitchen (while advertised on booking.com)

Reception works 24/7. Staff is very polite and ready to help. Good value for money.

Not very good access for old and disabled people, because you must upstairs a long time. And it is complex to find location on maps.

Owners of house are great and hospitable family, we felt warmly welcomed. Great location on San Blas, near of everything. House itself is old rustical building with beautiful green patio and wooden balcony. Comfortable bed, hot water, calm neighborhood - everything what we need for our stay.

I miss holder of soap in the shower.

Lovely family, beautiful hostel. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean.

I couldn't sleep much at all, because there were people staying upstairs and the floors creak loudly above the room. Very loud. I could hear the people talking at night through the walls and outside my door. I had to get a flight in the morning, so it was not ideal. The shower had no hot water. I could not shower. Request an upstairs room if you stay here.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are much better looking than the photos suggest (I forgot to take photos!). We used the hostel just to do a couple more days exploring the city and the location was great for it! It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the centre and has lots of nice restaurants and shops around it for convenience!

The shower temperature wasn’t great. we only showered in the evenings and early mornings so maybe this had a part to play?

It was pretty noisy at night through the walls hearing the other guests.
