It was clean,the beds were comfortable,the kitchen and bathroom was clean,great location,would definitely stay again

Too hot,the windows were heavy to open and the stairs are a bit dangerous,but all these things didn’t matter to our stay and would definitely go back

Overall this was great value for money, clean and a great location. Ease of communication and access along with a spacious apartment meant this was an ideal city centre stay.

The only part that let it down was how uncomfortable the bed was. Although to be honest it was still a good nights sleep despite the mattress feeling like it needs replacing.

Plenty of room. Comfortable beds.

No wardrobes or drawers (only bedside) in bedrooms, just hooks and hangers. Poor space for putting clothes. TV was just a stream only service, no terrestrial channels. Settees were uncomfortable & padding was bone thin. Noise from the street on the Friday night of our stay - yobs in the street shouting!

Spacious apartment near to the Albert Dock. Very clean. Great showers. Comfortable beds & good bedding & towels.

In a state of disrepair. Many blinds broken & windows in one bedroom didn’t shut properly. Sofa small & uncomfortable. Not even a teabag provided. Check-in details received late.

Clean and tidy nice and warm, great location! Easy check, in will definitely be back!
