The location and view has a good potential

The place looks like a bit of rundown. From the entrance gate we could see that poor maintenancr is obvious, the guard house looks like it has been abandoned. The pool has chipping and broken tiles, the food hall has spider webs on its ceiling like it has never been cleaned, the floor hqs stains which require deep cleaning plus food options were minimal. Our rooms windows could not be opened and there were bed bugs on the sofa, not to mention we have poking nails at the window in the living area. The surrounding area needs landscape attention too with plants dying in the pots etc. We hope something could be done to bring this place back to its glory, may be when it was first opened.

The place is huge, and offer a variety of accommodations — from tents, to private rooms and villas. They also have several outdoor activities but aren't maintained well in my opinion. Our tent was good, comfy bed and chairs were all provided. They even provide a small portable stove and basic cooking utensils. A sink with clean water is also provided behind your tent. Toilet and showers are a short walk away.

We booked the tent for 4pax, but I suggest if you want some peace and quiet do not book these tents and opt for private rooms instead. The tents are placed so close to each other, you could hear the people in next tent snore. Some guests also have no common courtesy and were being so loud even past midnight, playing songs on speakers and laughing and screaming at each other. However if you don't mind the noise, do proceed. The resort should implement quiet hours to guests so everyone could be comfortable. Our tent was missing the lamp and it took several hours and 3 phone calls later for them to send it, way after dark and we had to wait in pitch black tent. Customer service needs more improving as it shouldn't take you several hours and 3 phone calls to come and give us our missing lamp. Do better.

The tent is spacious and sturdy. Very well equipped too. They provide 4 chairs + 1 table alongside with 4 mattressess and towels. The best feature is that each tent is given 1 sink with good and clean running water. There are many plugpoints in the tent as well. I would say they put in a good planning to provide comfort for guests 👍🏻 Toilets are nearby, need to walk about 50m. But they are fairly clean and have water heater. The best thing is they have small but fun activities such as flying fox, high rope and wall climbing at reasonable price.

The other facilities are not maintained at all. The game room are big and sadly not cleaned and dangerous as many of the wooden games were broken. Swimming pool looks dirty. I dont really mind this as other outdoor activities are better than indoor games.

I like the environment, even though you have to climb up—it’s on a hilltop, after all.

The clubhouse is not well maintained and not very clean. There are several swimming pools, and one of them is 7 feet deep. Please watch your children closely while swimming, a child almost drowned, and luckily my husband was there to save them. It was a really traumatic experience for me and my kids.

Terdapat longgokan sampah di belakang penginapan dan banyak babi hutan ke situ. Nyamuk pun byk. Mohon clearkan tempat sampah tersbeut
