3 Bedroom Property - Contractor, work and family friendly

The location was great, proximity to bus routes, and the are was very quiet and felt safe.

There were not enough seats for five adults to relax in the lounge, and one of the chairs was broken. The water pipes were very noisy, no curtains and the blinds were poor quality. TV didn’t work, we had to buy a fire stick.

Norman was a fantastic host, genuinely lovely, very accommodating, and always quick to respond. He even allowed us a last-minute late checkout, which I really appreciated. The only minor issue was that there was some rubbish at the front of the house and the bins were overfilled. However, once I mentioned it, Norman explained there were issues with the bin collection, which was completely understandable.

One small improvement would be if the entrance curb to the driveway were lowered, as it was a bit inconvenient when driving in. That said, this didn’t take away from our stay, and we were very comfortable overall. I’d happily stay again.

Amazing property and amazing process all round. Norman could not help my party enough. Including allowing an early check in. All communication was quick and easy. There was even a welcome basket on arrival. The house was incredibly clean with everything we needed. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you to Norman and his team. They made our stay a good one and with zero stress or hassle.
