Hotel was easy to find & check in/out process was a breeze. everything you would expect of a boutique sort of hotel in Japan. Room was clean & neat. Love Sakura’s brand especially their very comfortable bed & pillows & thick soft towels. Room was small & doesn’t come with sitting/desk area etc which was a minus for us. Overall, still a pleasant, fuss free stay. Thank you Sakura.

"Good stay, but not great."

Nice rooms, good location. Service was below average, only saw hostess when she pressed for 5 Star review on google. No cleaning except trash cans even though we stayed for 3 days. Would stay again though.
