"Difficult check in."

Bathtub was nice.

“Seamless checkin” wasn’t seamless. Check in Code wasn’t sent. We spent forever on the phone with someone. Place was a kitschy rehab of an old motel. Cute motif , but building creaked and groaned. Heater did too. Way too expensive for what it is.

Very clean room, well stocked with coffee/ice/towels, etc. No smoke smell in room at all. Nice wooded, peaceful area. Excellent communication from management regarding property and room access. Nice restaurant nearby. Pool was small and covered in leaves, so not really usable. Really nice room decor. Comfortable bed. Again, very clean!

The decor in the room was amazing and fun and made the whole experience feel very special

There was no staff on property to check us in and to make us feel comfortable, so it felt a little spooky arriving there with no reception
