Bedding really smelt of smoke (non smokers so probably more noticeable) and the sofa could do with an update. Small and not the most comfortable.

It was very tired and all linen smelt - really disappointed with whole property. Also neighbours were extremely busy and rude. Also everything in property was sticky as in not cleaned properly.

By your pictures in the portal, it looks like the house is looking out the beach but it is 10 minutes away walking. The terrace does not have sea views! The property was renovated in 2011 although the quality is poor and cheap. Rooms are very small, It is advertised that 5 people could stay there, but I would not recommend to book it for more than 3. The bus route is just at the back of the house, so quite noisy. Overall, it was too pricy.
GBNice location, 10 mins from Lowestoft and 20 mins to Great Yarmouth. Cosy little Villa with everything you need provided. There is a bar & grill on site if you fancy a drink or something to eat, plus a pub and Chinese takeaway just across the road. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground area, would definetly recommend this self catering villa.
GBLocation was incredible. Room and overall layout of the rooms was lovely. Plenty of storage in each room and plenty of light.
Since its a 3 bedroom, a second bathroom would have been perfect.
