Three bedrooms. The bathrooms (2) were very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood felt safe and it was close to many historical places within walking distance. Close to a parking garage.

It was a little hard to figure out exactly where it was but then once we figured out it was great. There is a dance studio down stairs and it was loud but not horrible to listen to

The unit is accessed via a street door off an alleyway. Approaching the unit from the direction of the light rail station, I walked down the alley. I encountered a man taking off his pants and several people in various states of drug induced collapse. This is not a safe location. The unit itself lacks adequate lighting. The unit uses track lighting which creates harsh shadows. The bathroom is poorly lit and the window covering in the bathroom is broken and cannot be opened for more light. The kitchen is poorly supplied. There were no baking sheets. There were no hot pan holders, despite the fact that the majority of the cookware was cast iron. Two of the four cooktop burners are broken, and continuously "click" to light while burning, releasing gas into the unit and causing a safety hazard. The rear door exiting the unit to the stairs is secured only by a doorknob lock, there is no deadbolt. This feels unsafe.

The location was very good, the condo is quite spacious, and it was very clean. Access was very easy with door and elevator codes, and the owner was quickly responsive to a text message I sent.

There was loud music from somewhere in the building until 11:15 pm one of the 4 weeknights were stayed there. And I ferl the price was a bit high for the degree of "luxury" we found there.

Location was fantastic. The apartment was stunning! Exactly like the photos - very clean and all amenities provided. We would definitely recommend for a stay in Philadelphia.

The location was the main feature, followed by the 3 bedrooms, and the layout. Wonderful that parking was included in the total price.

Lack of communication with the host until the day before regarding entry to the building, and parking. The wifi was intermittent at best (going on and off).
