The apartment was spacious

The apartment was had carpets in the bedrooms which wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms were also not very clean

Very quick and easy contact with the hosts. The living room is very comfortable, with 3 sofas for a pleasant rest and conversation. Everything worth seeing in the city is within a 2-minute walk. Public transport stops in front of the entrance. The train station is a 5-minute pleasant walk away. Many shops and restaurants around. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, i360 is 15 minute walk away.

Slight problems with the elevator, which were quickly fixed. Some windows are more difficult to open.

Excellent location, really good size apartment. Was bigger than expected. Was just right for us. Excellent communication from the hosts. Good well equipped kitchen, bathroom etc. Clean towels and bedding and extra bedding if needed. Would happily come back here the next time we come to Brighton.

Because we had children with us, having blackout curtains would’ve been better for us as the rooms do get bright quite early in the summer months. So I think the addition of curtains in the apartment would be beneficial and I imagine would help with the cold in winter months too and might help with some of the noise from outside. But it is a minor issue. It wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

A great location for everything central in Brighton and also the sea front. The apartment was spacious, everything you could need was supplied in the kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size and easily accommodated 2 couples.

Unfortunately the main lift broke down during our stay but was fixed next morning.

The most perfect location. Even while booking last minute, the host was responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended.
